Available payment methods and the final order total are shown securely during checkout.
Payment Authorisation
Orders may require payment authorisation, identity checks or additional confirmation before acceptance. A pending authorisation is not final order acceptance.
Currency and Charges
The checkout displays the transaction currency and store charges. Your card issuer or payment provider may apply conversion or service fees outside our control.
Order Confirmation
A confirmation message acknowledges receipt of your request. We will contact you if availability or payment details need to be verified before fulfilment.
Payment Security
Payment details should only be entered through the secure checkout or an approved payment provider. Never send full card details through email, chat or the contact form.
Refunds
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method where possible. Processing time after approval depends on the payment provider and financial institution.
