Processing
Orders are reviewed for availability and verification before dispatch. Estimated processing and delivery times are provided during confirmation and may vary by item or destination.
Secure Delivery
Tracked delivery and signature confirmation may be used for high-value orders. Please provide a complete delivery address and a reachable contact number.
International Orders
International availability, taxes, duties and customs requirements depend on the destination. Any charges not collected at checkout remain the recipient’s responsibility.
Delays or Damage
Contact customer support promptly if tracking is delayed or a parcel arrives damaged. Keep the parcel, packaging and delivery documents while we review the matter with the carrier.
Address Changes
Delivery details can only be changed before dispatch and may require identity or payment verification. We cannot guarantee changes after a parcel has entered the carrier network.
