Processing and delivery estimates
Processing starts after payment and order details are confirmed. Any time shown at checkout or provided by support is an estimate and may change because of product checks, carrier capacity, destination or customs review.
Address checks and tracking
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact us immediately if a correction is needed; changes may not be possible after dispatch.
When tracking is available, it is sent to the order contact details. Carrier scans can take time to appear after dispatch.
International orders and customs
International orders may be inspected by customs. Import duties, taxes, brokerage charges and local restrictions vary by destination and are the customer’s responsibility unless checkout expressly says they are included.
Delays, split shipments and delivery issues
Weather, holidays, customs, security checks and carrier disruptions can cause delays outside our direct control. An order may arrive in more than one parcel when items are prepared separately.
If tracking stops updating, a parcel is marked delivered but cannot be found, or the parcel arrives visibly damaged, contact support promptly with the order number and any useful photos so the carrier inquiry can begin.
