Secret “Cartier” signature on numerals ‘X’ and ‘VII’. 18k rose gold bezel set with diamonds, sapphire crown with bidirectional winding. 18k rose gold bracelet with half-links on both sides of the clasp, a satin/polish contrast and deployant buckle. 31mm diameter. Mechanical manufacture movement with automatic winding calibre 077. Water resistant up to 30 meters.
